As a charity, We depend on Your donations and so we operate a no refunds policy. In certain exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate donations made in error, we may consider a refund of your donation. In this instance, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your donation. Should you contact us after this time period we cannot guarantee that your refund request will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests.
